one. - Discusses benefits for both men and women.
- The app is pre-programmed with “Classic,” “Advanced,” and “Rapid” programs but each is customizable by long-pressing on it.
- You may set up your own set as well.
- There is a basic reminder you can set for different intervals.
- There is a visual feedback bar to remind you when to contract and relax and an overall visual bar to track the progress of the set you are performing.
- Overall easy to use, simple and good for men or women.

why kegels are useful, however it is mostly focused around sexual functions- There is a section of “Tips” which goes into great detail about how to use kegels during masturbation to prolong orgasm

- Tracks your progress (total reps/day, avg reps/day, and more)
